Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon collection and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unless damaged, items cannot be returned, as they are all branded with the Club logo. So, please be careful when ordering and double-check your CART before completing your order.
Exchanges
If you end up with an item that you didn't intend to order, it may be possible to resell it to another Club member. Please use the Club's WhatsApp groups to do this.
